• Delivery cost depends on the customer’s shipping address and is paid cash by the customer to the driver.
• All goods are packed in a way preventing any damage. If you notice the packaging is damaged, once your package has arrived, inform us!
• On the rare occasion that an item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place it onto back order for you and keep you up to date. You will have the option to cancel back orders at any time if you would rather not wait.
• iGrow.am reserves the right to change the price of products and delivery charges at any time without prior notification.
• Most of the goods can be returned within 14 days. If you want to return an item, please write to [email protected] or call us +374 55 900 505 first, before sending the goods back to our address.
• Please test everything as soon as you receive you items and insure that they are in working condition.
• If the returned goods fulfills our return policy requirements, you will be given full refund on your bank account or cash.
• If the received goods has a defect, please write to [email protected] and we will take care of your problem as quickly as we can.
• If you wish to exchange an item for another item, returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork. Product must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
