Silicate is used as a natural additive to the nutrient solution, soil, and coconut substrate.
– Organic Silicate™ should not be used in hydroponics with microorganisms (which are included in preparations such as Trikologic and Trikologic S). These preparations have the opposite effect because in water the silicate is converted into silicic acid, which inhibits the development of useful groups of bacteria. In the soil, on the contrary, when the preparations are mixed in powder form, the large number of elements included in Silicate™ stimulates the growth of beneficial microorganisms, contributing to the creation of a natural environment necessary for plant health.
